WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MUGLER ONLINE
Approximately 6 weeks ago, I ordered and paid for 4 bottles of perfume. 2 bottles arrived and 2 were missing along with the invoice stating that 4 bottles were sent. Customer service are refusing to refund me despite my many emails. I am told that it's still under investigation 6 weeks after initial purchase. Mugler owe me over £100. I'm appalled, angry and upset to be treated with such disrespect. My only option now is to contact my bank to step in but it was paid for with debit card, and/or go to a small claims court, which as far as I know will be at an extra cost to me. Thierry would turn in his grave if he knew. I have never had an issue with Mugler before this particular purchase or any other perfume designer house I've purchased from, so I'm shocked and disgusted that a multi million dollar company would treat a customer this way. I am at a loss on what to do next..........
Update: Just literally read an email from Mugler customer service as of today 25 Jan 2023 to say that the items I ordered are now out of stock (really???? I'm so surprised......NOT!!!!!!) and I will get a refund that will take up to 7 days to credit my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Thrilled with womanity
Hi I received my womanity yesterday I am thrilled with it ,it is my favorite perfume and haven't been able to get it for years ,mind you it was my first order but didn't get 10 % off or my 2 samples ,but I am thrilled how quickly it came ?

Absolutely the worst service ever!
Absolutely the worst service ever!
Ordered (and paid!) on 25 November, a MONTH later still havent received my purchase.
Completely useless customer service, responding only after being nudged several times, not offering any solutions and obviously not interested. No tracking information sent. I was advised to "check with the neighbours" as if I haven't provided them with a delivery address.
Absolutely ruined my Christmas, as order was a Christmas present for my mum...
No telephone number, no way to escalate the issue. Just going in circles and ending up frustrated.

Appalling service,
Contacted Mugler over an online issue where a displayed 20% discounted was now applied and the “Over £100 spend gift” never appeared on PAY process.

Every Customer Response was : “There is nothing much that we can do about it” (read on)

After much furore, I received an offer of 15% ( Not the 20% that had not been applied ) discount on my next purchase. Without prejudice, I believe that a problem would occur which sent me back to Customer Services again

Do not order directly from Mugler. Seems like they will take your money quick enough but you won’t get your goods! Two weeks waiting for order which had been returned to them by yes you guessed it, DPD, only to be told oh well, you’ll get a refund after 14 days! Worst service ever!

Terrible Customer Service
I ordered two new 100ml refills for my A-Men refillable flask. They arrived in good time, so no problems there. However, the refillable flask had a crimped top on the bottle so no way of removing it. After a series of emails and many irrelevant questions from Mugler, I gave up, as it just seemed like a series of stumbling blocks put in your way not to do anything about the issue.

I am truly disappointed, as this is my favourite after-shave. The customer service response is truly shocking. I really hope someone at the company reads this, as well as the other negative reviews out there, as there is no doubt, they are dreadful at addressing their own issues.

If i can give it 0 i would, I have been a customer for years, but when i recieved my order, an item was faulty but they would not replace it or refund it, they were extremely unhelpful and did not care that they were in breach of the consumer right law - it was only worth £20, but i will be taking this matter further legally purely upon principle as they should not be allowed to treat the customers this way. FYI - This company is now owned by loreal/YSL range so sadly the customer service has gone down hill and is worse than appalling. I will personally avoid them all from now on.

To say I was worried was an understatement. I placed my order for alien 100ml on Saturday, then read the reviews. They were dreadful. But I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase. My 100ml perfume arrived today, plus a free (large) muggler make up bag, plus two 50ml "samples". One a shower gell, the other a body lotion. All in a "muggler" branded box. For £68, I will definatley be shopping here again. Thankyou..!

This company takes your money, if you actually receive the goods they had either dried up/old stock/or have I been conned.
CS do not answer, I've sent requests for a replacement OR refund 5 times now and have been totally ignored.
Trading standards now!

Only part of my order recieved, after phone call and numerous emails telling me refund on its way, still not recieved. They even asked for proof that the money had been taken from my bank as they have been scammed before! Erm I think they are the scammers. DO NOT ORDER from them buy on the high street

Shocking service!
Shocking service!
They sent me the wrong item and were ignorant to their mistake. They just kept telling me to return the item and did not offer to send me out the correct item i had ordered.
They said i did not order the item i had, even though I sent a screen shot and proof of my order.

Bad service
I received my order, the package for delivery was damaged and torn, it was wrapped around all over with DPD tape, the bottle of alien was scratched, they said I will get 3 free samples of fragrance with my purchase, which I did not get, I was very disappointed with this purchase. I wrote a negative review on the mugler site, but they emailed me to say that it wasn't appropriate to post the review therfore It won't be going up. Terrible experience with mugler.

11emails and with a memory disability they deliberately try to confuse me telling me manager would call check sent today check not sent trying to get out of paying me please how do these people sleep At night I am having panic attacks I am giving up on my 38pounds I say coustomers pay wages man from coustomer service disagree with me what a joke keep my money I am ill with it all have ptsd. Been abused enough
